During this camp, students will produce their own short animated films, as well as learn about stop-motion, traditional and computer 3D animation, script writing, storyboarding, whiteboard animation, LEGO & 3D modeling/animation and miniature set building. Students will also be able to explore and discuss animation and animated films.
The video production camp will take place July 16-20 from 9 a.m. until noon and is open to children and teenagers, ages 8-13.
During the video production camp, students will produce their own short movie, as well as take part in pre-production, script writing, storyboarding, lighting, sound, and other aspects of production. They will explore different genres of film and video, including video journalism, independent film and TV show production.
