Crestview Presbyterian Church in West Chester is celebrating its 50th anniversary this Saturday, July 16, with a Motorcycle Rally and Family Fun Day (photo below).
The event begins at 8:30 a.m. with registration of all motorcycle riders, who wish to participate in the rally. Groups of riders will begin taking off on a 100-mile trip at 9 a.m. The ride itself will be led by Rolling Thunder, Inc., and will stop at two area churches along the way – Princeton Pike Church of God and Lebanon Presbyterian.
Upon returning to Crestview, riders’ cards can be turned in for raffle tickets that could win various prizes donated by area businesses.
The cost to ride in the Motorcycle Rally event is $10 per bike and $5 for second rider on the same bike. All money raised in this event will be donated to the West Chester/Liberty Township Faith Alliance community outreach program.
Meanwhile, at noon, the celebration continues with Family Fun Day. Activities include a bicycle safety presentation from the West Chester Fire Department, inflatable obstacle courses and bounce houses, face painting, clowns, kids games and more.
Family Fun Day, which is free to attend, will also include a live band and Miss Southwestern Ohio.
