Liberty Township Administrator Kristen Bitonte remains the highest paid employee in the township.
Bitonte will earn $93,667 annually following merit pay and contractual raises approved by trustees for employees that are effective with the Aug. 16 paychecks.
Employees that don’t fall under labor contracts are eligible for merit pay raises that ranged from zero to three percent, said Caroline McKinney, the township’s economic development director and public information official.
Department heads and those earning $63,000 or more annually, along with their annual salaries are: Dan Bailey, assistant fire chief, $74,666; Melanie Brokaw, human relations director and assistant township administrator, $65,829
Jim Limerick, fire captain, $71,906; Caroline McKinney, economic development director and public information officers, $75,326; Rick Plummer, services director, $78,381; Paul Stumpf, fire chief, $85,555
David Wagner, assistant services director, $63,898; and Jon West, director of planning and zoning, $85,200.
