The annual Lakota West Jazz Dance will take place this Saturday, Dec. 4, from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. in the school diner. Various Lakota jazz bands will be performing at the event.
According to the Lakota West Bands website, the band schedule will be:
7:00 – Freshman 10 O’Clock Jazz
7:30 – Freshman 11 O’Clock Jazz
8:00 – 8 O’Clock Jazz
8:30 – 2 O’Clock Jazz
9:00 – Ensemble
In between those performances, dance instructors will teach those interested in learning some new dance moves. Later on, during the event, there will be a dance-off competition.
