Olympic gold medal gymnast Jaycie Phelps will give fitness tips during the Health Challenge 6000 to be held this Saturday, Jan. 22, from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Miami University Voice of America Learning Center in West Chester.
Phelps, who was a member on the 1996 Olympic gold medal U.S. women’s gymnastics team, will give advice on how to stay fit on a busy schedule at the event. Afterwards, Phelps will stay to sign autographs.
The event will also provide people with information regarding health resources offered within the local community. The event will also feature a group push-up relay challenge, which will feature 60 West Chester community leaders.
