Smashburger

Smashburger has decided to sell its Sin City Smashburger for a limited time at its other locations outside of Las Vegas. To celebrate this promotion, the burger chain will be giving away a free trip to Las Vegas.

The Sin City Smashburger will only be available at the West Chester location until Feb. 27, 2011. Currently, the West Chester location, which opened Dec. 18, 2010, is the only Cincinnati-area Smashburger.

According to a press release, the Sin City Smashburger (photo) has certified angus beef, which is placed on an egg bun, then topped with a fried egg, applewood smoked bacon, melted American cheese, grilled and haystack onions and signature smash sauce.

“The Sin City Smashburger was such a popular menu item in Las Vegas, that we couldn’t resist bringing this delicious burger to all of our restaurants,” Smashburger Founder Tom Ryan said in the release. “This will be the first time in Smashburger history that we take a regional burger on the road nationwide, and we know that the award-winning Sin City Smashburger will be enjoyed across the country.”

The prize package to Las Vegas includes airfare for two, a two-night stay in a luxury hotel and a limo ride to a Las Vegas Smashburger.

To enter the sweepstakes, Smashburger visitors need to enter a validation code found on the bottom of their receipt at Facebook.com/smashburger.

In addition, during the promotion, one customer will be chosen each week to receive free Smashburgers for a year. The contest runs until March 6, 2011 and the Las Vegas winner will be announced March 7, 2011.

Smashburger already has two locations in the Dayton area and is planning to open a total of 12 restaurants in the Dayton and Cincinnati region in the next few years.

The West Chester Smashburger is located at 7598 Cox Lane.
