Lakota West seniors Mike Kelly and Drew Garbenis verbally committed to college football programs on Monday. Kelly committed to the Naval Academy, while Garbenis committed to Robert Morris.
Kelly, who is a 6-foot-1, 215-pound linebacker, picked Navy over West Point, Yale and Lafayette. Garbenis, who is a 6-foot-4, 295-pound offensive tackle, picked Robert Morris over Saginaw Valley State and Grand Valley State. Garbenis plans on studying engineering.

Meanwhile, Toledo offered Lakota West junior running back Mikel Horton on Monday.
Horton, who has received interest from Louisville, Penn State and Michigan State, also has offers from Indiana, Kent State and Kentucky.
In 2012, the 6-foot-1, 225-pound Horton rushed for 1,003 yards and 13 touchdowns.
