Sue Kiesewetter reports:
An early morning bird walk will be held Saturday at Liberty Township’s Cherokee Park.
Anyone interested in the free walk is asked to meet at 8 a.m. at the park, 4616 Watoga Drive. It will be led by birding expert Sam Fitton.
The birds of spring migration will be viewed along with native birds that are now nesting.
Bring binoculars and field guides. Trails are not pave, could be slick so suitable footwear should be worn.
