EnterTRAINment Junction in West Chester will open its newest holiday attraction, “Jack-O-Lantern Junction,” next Saturday, Sept. 22. The attraction, which is family friendly, will be available for the next six weeks to celebrate Halloween.

The attraction features a walk-through trick-or-treat maze with ghosts, skeletons and cobwebs. It also features an indoor pumpkin patch, multiple treat stations and a talking pumpkin.

Outdoors, the attraction offers a straw maze and train rides, including Halloween themed hand-cranked train cars plus a 1,000+ foot electric train ride skirting the outside of the building. Train rides operate weather permitting.

The rest of EnterTRAINment Junction will also be open, including its model train display and its A-Maze-N Funhouse attraction.

EnterTRAINment Junction is open seven days a week. Halloween activities begin Sept. 24 and run through Oct. 31. Hours are 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday, noon to 6 p.m. Sunday.

Attraction pricing starts at $9.95. No charge for kids under age 2, and parking is free.

EnterTRAINment Junction in West Chester will be celebrating Christmas in July later this month, July 23-31. The event will feature the venue’s “Journey to the North Pole” attraction.

“Christmas At EnterTRAINment Junction in December is our most popular event, so we thought it would be fun and different to bring it back for a week this summer,” EnterTRAINment Junction owner Don Oeters said in a release.

According to a release, the Christmas event is part of EnterTRAINment Junction’s month-long American Celebration in July featuring patriotic music and decorations. Admission is free all month long for active military personnel with current military ID and discounts are also available on various ticket packages.

EnterTRAINment Junction has begun offering special discounts as part of its “American Celebration” event. Offers include, 50 percent off admission to A-maze-N Funhouse and free admission throughout July to all service men and women with a current military ID.

The “American Celebration” event will also feature “Christmas in July” July 23-31, during which visitors can see the “Journey to the North Pole” attraction. That attraction is typically opened only during the winter holidays.

EnterTRAINment Junction and Coney Island are teaming up to offer special value-priced combination tickets, which will include a free admission ticket to Coney Island’s sunlite pool. The special tickets will be available for EnterTRAINment Junction customers from May 23 through June 26.

The EnterTRAINment Junction combination ticket also includes admission to the West Chester venue’s two attractions – Train Journey (the world’s largest indoor model train display) plus the new A-Maze-N FunHouse: (“The Greatest Funhouse on Earth”).

The Train Journey, in addition to housing the world’s largest indoor model train display, also includes a children’s interactive play area, the American Railroading Museum, expo center and outdoor hand-cranked locomotives and train ride (both weather permitting.) According to a release, the A-Maze-N FunHouse has 7,000 square feet of “wild, weird and wacky” attractions, such as the region’s only giant mirror maze, a discombobulating spinning vortex tunnel, a hilarious tilt room, the astonishing Ames Room, a confusing curtain maze, a claustrophobia hallway, an illusory endless corridor and more.
