UPDATE: All but one lane remain closed as of 9:50 a.m. ODOT crews are en route to clean up fluid on the roadway but are stuck in traffic, which is backed up for miles, said a police dispatcher. There is no update on when all lanes will reopen.
A multi-crash accident brought southbound Interstate 75 traffic to a crawl Thursday morning in West Chester.
The crash involving six vehicles and a semi truck happened south of Union Centre Boulevard and north of I-275 in Butler County just before 8 a.m. this morning.
Multiple injuries were reported, but none were life-threatening, said an Ohio State Patrol dispatcher.
One southbound lane remains open. ODOT crews are on the scene cleaning up fluid spilled on the roadway. All lanes are expected to reopen by 9:50 a.m., police report.
