Sue Kiesewetter reports:
There’s going to be a ‘Garden Party’ at Liberty Township’s Cherokee Park Saturday – and the community is invited.
Invited to help, that is.
From 10 a.m. to noon, park board member and naturalist Chuck Holliday is looking for volunteers to spruce up the park, located at 4616 Watogo Dr., in the Cherokee Estates subdivision.
Volunteers will be asked to help clean out flower beds and put down new mulch. Helpers should wear long sleeves, gloves and safety glasses.
