It may have been signing week for seniors, but Lakota East junior offensive lineman Jarrett LaRubbio also had to be thinking a little bit about college football.
The 6-foot-5, 265-pound lineman received offers this week from Duke, Kentucky and Nebraska, according to Lakota East head coach Rick Haynes.

According to Mike Dyer of Cincinnati.com’s Recruiting Trail blog, LaRubbio also has offers from Akron, Pittsburgh, Bowling Green, Toledo, Kent State and Ohio
This past fall, LaRubbio was AP second-team all-district and first-team all-GMC.
Haynes also told Dyer that Michigan was at Lakota East High School on Jan. 16 and is interested in LaRubbio. Ohio State head coach Urban Meyer and Ohio State cornerbacks coach Kerry Combs (former head coach at Colerain and Loveland high schools, as well as a former assistant at the old Lakota High School) dropped by Lakota East on Jan. 31.
