The Firebirds rebounded from Saturday’s 13-point loss against Mason with a 53-48 win against Withrow on Thursday.
Lakota West, No. 4 in The Cincinnati Enquirer Division I coaches’ poll, had three players score in double figures in the win – freshman Nia Staples had 11 points, sophomore Lauren Cannatelli scored 15 points and senior Rachel Tomasic added 12 points.
With the win, Lakota West improved to 11-3 overall.
