Horton, who rushed for 1,003 yards and 13 touchdowns on 202 carries this past fall, also has an offer from Indiana.
In November, Horton was named to Rivals.com 250 Prospect Rankings list for the class of 2014. He was one of four players from the region to make the list, which also included Walnut Hills defensive back Nilijah Ballew, Conner (Hebron, Ky.) quarterback Drew Barker and Colerain wide receiver Trevon Hudson.
Rivals.com is listing all four local athletes as four-star recruits.
Horton has received recent interest from Penn State and Michigan State.
