Lakota East senior guard Stedman Lowry received an offer to play basketball at Northern Kentucky University when he visited the school last Friday, according to Lakota East head basketball coach Wally Vickers.
In late June, Lowry received his first offer. It was from Hillsdale College. At the time, Vickers said “it is the first of many more to come.”
Vickers has also said that Navy wants Lowry to visit soon. According to The Enquirer’s Mike Dyer, Army has also shown interest in Lowry.
Many schools were interested in Lowry this past winter, but backed off after he tore his ACL just five games into his junior season. Prior to the injury, Lowry was averaging 17.5 points and 7 rebounds per contest.
