Posted by akiefaber July 13th, 2012, 3:10 pm

Reach Out Lakota released its supply list for its annual Back to School program Wednesday. Currently, only a small percent of the needed supplies have been donated for the more than 450 registered children in the Lakota school district.

The organization is seeking pens, pencils, washable markers, dry erase markers, erasers, highlighters, colored pencils, glue sticks, notebooks, loose-leaf paper, scissors, three-ring binders, dividers, folders, pencil boxes, calculators (TI 30, TI 84) and backpacks.

School supplies and other donations can be dropped off at Reach Out Lakota, 6561 Station Road, on Sunday, July 29, from 3 to 5 p.m. or Tuesday, July 31, from 5 to 7 p.m. If the office is not open, items can be left in the shed behind the building.

For more information about this program, contact Rachel at 937-245-0547 or rkuntz@reachoutlakota.org or Sue at scheney@reachoutlakota.org.

Reach Out Lakota’s mission is to assist individuals and families in the Lakota School District by putting help and hope into their hands during times of need through their food and clothing pantries.
