Cincinnati Enquirer recruiting expert Mike Dyer reported Monday that Eastern Kentucky University is showing interest in Lakota West senior guard Ali Barnes.

Barnes averaged 14 points, 1.6 rebounds, 1.9 steals and 2.1 assists as a junior last winter. He also made 52.8 percent of his field goals, 46.4 percent of his three-point shots and 62.3 of his foul shots.
Barnes’ teammates senior Monty Boykins and junior Tyler Williams have recently received offers to play college basketball.
Boykins, who led Lakota West with 16.6 points per game last season, has offers from Duquesne, Eastern Michigan, Toledo, Kennesaw State, James Madison, Bowling Green, Kent State and Robert Morris.
Williams, who averaged 10.8 points and 2.2 assists in his first full season as a starter, has offers from Miami University and Kennesaw State.
