Cincinnati Bell announced Wednesday that it will be closing two local stores and relocating its West Chester retail store to a larger and more visible flagship location at 7731 Tylersville Road.

The stores, which will close Jan. 31, include locations in Deerfield Towne Center and in Tri-County Cassinelli Square. After the closures, the nearest Cincinnati Bell store from the Tylersville location will be located at Bridgewater Falls.

“We are excited to welcome customers to our new flagship location in West Chester, where we can offer a retail experience that is more interactive, fun and business-friendly,” said Mike Vanderwoude, senior vice president, Consumer and Wireless.

“By consolidating smaller stores into newer, larger locations, we can offer more personalized attention to customers and better showcase the full range of advanced devices and services such as smartphones and Fioptics entertainment and high-speed Internet.”

Cincinnati Bell will celebrate the grand opening of its new flagship store from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Jan. 28. The grand opening event will include free food and drink, special offers and prize drawings.
