A large crowd visited West Chester’s Voice of America Park Saturday to watch the second annual Crazy Cardboard Regatta. This year’s event began on Friday with a meet-and-greet with cardboard builders and live music. The actual race took place Saturday afternoon.
Overall, there were roughly 30 boats that took on the 200-yard course.
