Due to high readership about Cincinnati’s 2011 Homearama in West Chester, WestChesterBuzz.com will breakdown each of the featured homes in the show this week. On Tuesday, the Buzz featured the “Collina Bella Casa,” which was a 7,100-square foot home built by Daniels Hicks Homes. Today, the featured home will be the one with the castle theme across the street.

Despite being the second largest house at Homearama with 6,302 square feet, “The Augusta” will give its new owner a low energy bill in the winter.

“It is not just a beautiful home, it is also extremely energy efficient,” builder Justin Doyle said. “The energy bill will be less than $200 in the winter.”

The home, which features five bedrooms and four and one half bathrooms, actually offers 3,517 square feet of space on the first floor and adds 2,785 square feet of finished space in the basement.

Homearama 2011 The basement actually features three bedrooms each with walk-in closets and attached bathrooms. The basement also features a full bar, media area with large screen television, a billiards area and a game area.

The home itself has already been sold for $815,000.

Tomorrow, WestChesterBuzz.com will breakdown and provide a photo gallery of the “New Brunswick” built by Zaring Premier Homes. Unlike the “Collina Bella Casa” and “The Augusta,” the “New Brunswick” is for sale and is listed $834,000.

The 2011 edition of Homearama in West Chester opened June 11 and drew more than 5,000 people in its opening weekend. Crowds are expected to grow larger as the event gets closer to its ending date (June 26).

“Typically attendance grows as the show goes a long,” said Dan Dressman, executive director of the Home Builders Association of Greater Cincinnati. “Our last day is usually the busiest.”

Tickets for this year’s Homearama cost $13 at the gate or $11 at Greater Cincinnati area Kroger stores. Children 12 and under will be admitted free of charge if accompanied by an adult.

The event, which takes place June 11-26, will be open to the public Monday through Thursday from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. then on Friday through Sunday from noon to 10 p.m.

For tickets, directions and more information visit the Home Builders Association of Greater Cincinnati website.

Foxborough is located off Hamilton-Mason Road and State Route 747 in West Chester Township. It is near the Liberty Township border.
