Lakota West’s Ashea Bell will continue her soccer career next fall at Cincinnati State. Last week, the senior signed a letter of intent to play at Cincinnati State during a signing ceremony in the Lakota West community room.
Bell also considered playing for Wright State University.
According to westfirebirds.com, Bell has the hopes of working in the paramedic firefighting field.
So far this school year, including Bell, 23 Lakota West High School student athletes have signed to play sports in college. Nine other students signed during the February National Signing Day period and 11 signed during November’s Signing Day period. Two other student athletes signed in March.
