The 2011 Homearama at Foxborough in West Chester Township will have its ground breaking ceremony from 1:30 p.m. to 2 p.m. Jan. 19, 2011. The actual event is scheduled to take place June 11-26.
When West Chester was chosen as the 2011 location Executive Director of the Home Builders Association (HBA) of Greater Cincinnati Dan Dressman called Foxborough a “perfect location” for the next Homearama.
“The community sits on one of the highest points in the township providing sweeping vistas of the countryside and the alluring, evening lights of downtown West Chester,” Dressman said in a press release.
The home show will be in the Glenview Estates section of Foxborough, with projected show homes priced between $600,000 and $900,000.
In March of last year, the HBA canceled its 2010 Homearama. It was the first time in 49 years that the Cincinnati area did not have the event.
